In 2019, a small but passionate group of furries came together with the vision of creating a new convention for Melbourne to call it’s own. Starting that year with just over 100 attendees, MFC has grown into a fully-fledged convention, with over 800 attendees expected in 2025.

Our mission is simple, to create events for the benefit of the furry community that promote connection, compassion and creativity. We aim to host events that celebrate the fandom, both in Victoria and abroad, and we’re proud to support charitable causes to give back to our wider community.
