Official photographers will be roaming around taking photos and video in the convention space and at panels and studio rooms. They are identifiable by their con badges.

Attendees are also permitted to take photos and video at the convention. Please obtain consent from those you are taking images of, including parent/guardian permission if it involves minors. Under no circumstances are any images to be taken in the headless lounge and it will be monitored by convention staff and volunteers.

Flash and other small/handheld lighting equipment is permitted, however please take special care to not shine lighting directly in someone’s eyes.

Please follow any instructions given by convention staff, volunteers, and official photographers. Failure to follow instructions or breach of the Conduct & Safety Guidelines may result in you being removed from the convention space.
